A Mother’s Love & Lasting Memories

God’s purpose for a mother’s love is truly one of a kind. It begins before her child is even born and continues throughout a lifetime and beyond. The bond we share with our mothers is often the first connection we experience—a connection built on care, nurture, and unconditional love.

On Mother’s Day, many are celebrating, but others may be quietly grieving. If you’ve lost your mother, or if you’re a mother who has experienced the loss of a child, please know you are not forgotten. I am holding you in prayer today.

Though loss brings deep pain, I encourage you to reflect on the gift of your memories. Those memories are a precious reminder of love that death cannot erase—and they are proof of your role as a mother, even in the absence of your child.

May the peace and comfort of God gently surround you this Mother’s Day and carry you throughout the year.
